 Our PCB test and repair department incorporates the latest equipment, including Mania and Autopoint flying probe and Genrad circuit board test systems. We also have a full suite of in-circuit functional test equipment for fault diagnostics and circuit engineering, allowing us to repair and reverse engineer PCBs.
This end of line testing system incorporates the InterV3 signature analysis system operating within a Windows based TestVue™ software environment. Capable of non-destructive full VI analysis of unpowered boards, automatically digitising and learning the signatures of each component or node of a given PCB. The system will identify shorts, opens, incorrect polarity and incorrect values of components as well as checking for component leakage.
