Cleveland Circuits has become synonymous with quality, flexible engineering excellence and on-time delivery. Bare Board Test Cleveland’s state of the art test facility utilises Mania Fying Probe Testing equipment to quickly and accurately detect opens or shorts if they exist. In addition to net list testing with this equipment, Cleveland also provides an AOI and bed of nails testing capability as well. |
Our in-house engineering department
boasts four full-time CAM engineers who have access to the latest CAD/CAM
software - AutoCAD for design and Gerbtool for CAM. The CAM software is capable
of accepting Gerber, RS274X, Barco DPF, DXF, HPGL and NC drill and route files.
To complement this front-end facility we have our own hi-tech photographic
studio with capabilities to plot all internal film requirements. We use the
latest Gerber Crescent and Mivatech Xenon plotters along with Fuji film
processors. Our self-sufficient engineering facility enables us to deal with
your orders quickly and totally for the best levels of response and quality.
